What is the best teeth-whitening brand? ?

6

I’m getting my braces off on Monday, and I want to get a teeth whitening kit. By opinion, which one do you think is the best? Not that my teeth are horribly discusting or anything, but i’m perfectionist and I know i’m going to want to whiten them even more than they already are.

Anything with carbamide peroxide works well. I like the take home kicks the best, because its easier to deal with if sensitivity becomes an issue and you get a set of custom trays. with the custom trays you can by over the counter whiteing and use it with your trays.

What makes over the counter stuff bad is the generic trays dont fit wel and people end up bleaching their gums, which causes the sensitivity.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken. I found the information at http://www.aches.in/toothwhitening.html

One popular tooth whitening product that you can use is bleaching solution that contains peroxide for bleaching tooth enamel. The bleaching agent in these products is usually carbamide peroxide, which is available in 10, 16 and 22 percent concentrations.

Whiteners that contain peroxide typically come in gel form and are placed in a mouthguard. Some products are used twice a day for 2 weeks while others are intended for overnight use for a 1 to 2 weeks period. If you can obtain the bleaching solution from your dentist, he will be able to construct a custom mouth guard to fit your teeth precisely. Currently, the American Dental Association endorses only dentist-dispensed home-use percent carbamide peroxide tray-applied gels.

In addition to bleaching solution, whitening strips are increasingly being used as a preferred tooth whitening product. For instance, you are now able to get your hands on a set of Crest Whitestrips Supreme from any convenience store. The flexible, invisible strips are coated with an enamel-safe tooth bleaching gel. To whiten your teeth, you simply place the strips on your teeth and wear them for about 15 to 30 minutes each day. After a period of about 21 days, you should be able to see a significant difference on the brightness of your teeth.

If you are getting your teeth whitening kit from your dentist, your best bet will be with Opalescence. There is a review of it here: http://www.teethwhiteningreviews.com/item.php?id=33 . However, if you plan to get an over the counter product at your local store, definately go with a Crest Whitestrip product. Crest Whitestrips Premium Plus or Pro Effects provide the best results. There are many reviews found here on them: http://www.teethwhiteningreviews.com/

I’ve been using a teeth whitening product called ‘whitening now’ and I love it. I’ve tried many different teeth whitening products, but this one I’ve had the most luck with.

Crest and the other ones in the store just did not work so well for me. My girlfriend – who has the nicest teeth ever – told me she uses whitening now and gave me a sample to try out. I was instantly hooked. I was able to find a free trial offer online. Just pay shipping and handling. I think you’ll discover it’s worth it. Check the site below.
