What is the #1 Dentist recommended toothpaste for teeth whitening?

Be careful because brushing your teeth with baking soda more than once a week can cause serious damage to your teeth enamel. You might want to use whitestrips or an actual teeth whitening treatment instead. I found some free trials that I posted on my blog that work great. You can see how much of a difference they made on my teeth.

actually i thin there is no good toothpaste for teeth whitening that really works…!

just brush 3 times a day! don’t smoke, don’t drink coffee and black tea! and if you drink tea or coffee then brush your teeth after drinking!
also it depends on the genetics. one can drink coffee and smoke every hour and has white teeth and other can brush his teeth 5 times a day and have yellow teeth!
and you can try some natural whitening options.
for example this product – I do not know if any pharmacies carry it but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and if you want you can read more about the product here

before I had no idea that it is possible to whiten my teeth without surgically bleaching them. I tried this product for a few days and they got whiter & brighter so quick that I was shocked. The best thing about this teeth whitening product is that its so easy to use. It only takes me a few minutes twice a day for a few days and then there white for months.
I suggest to try this product because at this moment they have Risk Free Trial – so they send you sample for free and you don’t have to buy it!
