What is a good teeth whitening brand/method?

I would like to get a professional teeth whitening but unfortunately I just learned that it costs around $600! Has anyone used any store bought whitening trays/gel, etc with good results? My teeth aren’t severely discolored–I drink a lot of tea and cola and they are a bit stained from that. Please only answer if you have used the product yourself! Thanks!

I smoke and drink tea. The only thing that has worked for me is the generic Crest White Strips from Walmart. I think the brand is equate. The Crest White Strips work very well, they are more expensive.

Other brands I have tried hurt my gums really bad. Another cheap thing that works great for stains is to make a paste out of baking soda and peroxide. Put the paste on the stain and then dip a thin wash cloth in the peroxide and rub hard on the stain. It doesnt work for whole mouth whitening but will get those nasty brown stains off.

Crest whitening strips work great. I used them 4 years ago and my teeth are still really white (I get complimented on how white they are all the time). They made my teeth super sensitive for a while, and they aren’t the best for your enamel, so I haven’t done it recently. If you whiten them, just take really good care of them and use whitening toothpaste, mouthwash to maintain them because it isn’t healthy to use whitening strips too often.

crest whitening strips works best. I used it since I was a little girl. Back then I was afraid of tooth brushes so you can see how well they work. My smile is bright and shiny. Plus they’re cheap. They sell them at a local walmart. Have fun. ^.^

Whitening your teeth isn’t good all around. It breaks down the enamel and will only make tea and soda more noticeable in the long run. Ofcourse dentists will get you to do the treatment becuse it’s quick money, but my dentist came straight when I asked about doing and explained that she will not and won’t ever have a patient of hers whiten their teeth, because it isn’t good for them in general.

Crest White Strips are definitely the best. I’ve tried other brands, but these work extremely well. Crest also makes a whitening mouthwash that I started using a few days ago and already see a difference.

I tried several remedies but maybe because at 60 I’m older than average none of them work as well as the Tips sold by the folk at BrighterAndWhiterTeeth.
Maybe too, its simply a case of “you get what you pay for”?
I stocked up again recently and they’re still running a special where you can get FREE product. That makes it so much better!
I hope you find what works for you.
